Dear Educators
It's that time of year again when we look forward with great expectations to an exciting year of growing and learning with our students.

Its also a time of great reflection and focusing on the purpose of your profession. A time to set goals - begin with the end in mind no matter what subject or grade level you teach. Even the kindergarten teacher should actively cultivate a culture of awareness of self and society in their young charges.

As you move through the halls of learning this school year, remember that "Education is not the filling of a  pail but the lighting of a fire." Take the DARE to ignite a passion for life long learning in your students. They in turn will teach you some wonderful lessons about life that will make you a better person and an even more purpose driven practitioner.  TEACHER TIP - Write a personal lesson plan for how to make it a phenomenal School Year.
