Homework Assignments for Language Arts/Reading/ Social Studies will be sent home every FRIDAY. The packet will be due on the following FRIDAY.  For your convenience, a copy of  current and past homework assignments are also listed below.

 Group Presentations - Pennies For Peace

Students will be working in groups of 3 or 4 to put together a presentation about Pennies for Peace. Their audience will be the other classes at our school. Students are encouraged to be creative in making persuasive presentations to promote awareness for the Pennies for Peace project. TAKS Test - March 1, 2011


Please practice composition skills this week by writing your best story yet in preparation for the REAL Writing TAKS. Please write a 5 paragrapgh story about your most exciting day at Harmony. I will be awarding American Wridol trophies to the person with the best narrative. Remember to explode the moment when writing about the main event of your story. Use the Bing, Bang and The Bongo strategy on the writing page of the class website to organise the paragraphs of your story.
